O THIS STORM DEDICATION & TRIBUTE was written during the HARVEY floods and storms in Texas which left so many people dead and displaced. It is also dedicated to the many flood and storm victims impacted by hurricanes and tornadoes during the recent occurences of Hurricanes Helene & Milton.
